About Us

Saint John Non Profit Housing Inc. is an affordable housing provider that owns and manages 495 apartment and townhouse rental units at 28 sites across Saint John in the Province of New Brunswick.

We are home to a mix of market and subsidized tenants. The Corporation is managed by the CEO, who reports to a nine-member Board of Directors.

The CEO is responsible for the human, financial, property management and program implementation of Saint John Non Profit Housing Inc.
